Refund & Return Policy
Mixlo accepts return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
To request a return, email sesidigitalco@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Unless an item is defective or we made an error, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Items that are used, damaged after delivery, or returned after 30 days may not qualify for a refund. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
